Ingredients for 4 people:
• 4 slices of Crust Away bread
• 1 ½ cups rice flour
• 1 tbsp of durum wheat flour
• very cold fizzy water
• mixed herbs -
Cut the Crust Away into strips (Fig. 2), prepare the mixture for the batter with water, flour and herbs. Blend it all together and dip the bread strips into the mixture. Fry until the preferred shade of brown is reached.
