Peach Tart

  • Ingredients for 6 people:
    • 4 slices of Crust Away bread
    • ¼ cup super fine sugar
    • 4 ripe peaches

  • Line a baking sheet with a low edge with Crust Away.

    Slice the peaches and spread them out over the bread.

    Sprinkle everything with sugar.

    Use the leftover edges to create the top decorations for the tart.

    Cook in a fan oven for 20 minutes at 350°.
