Linzer Cookies

Ingredients for 4 people:
• 4 slices of Crust Away bread
• jam
• chocolate spread

Use a rolling pin to roll out the slices of bread. Using two round pastry cutters, make 4 complete circles on the Crust Away bread. (Fig. 3). Spread your preferred garnish on the bottom circle. Having done that, close with the top part (Fig. 4).
