Cannelloni

  • Ingredients for 4 people:
    • 4 slices of Crust Away Bread
    • 1 ½ cup of ricotta cheese
    • basil
    • 2/3 cup of Parmesan
    • tomato puree
    • salt
    • olive oil

  • In a bowl add the ricotta, Parmesan, basil and salt. Use a tablespoon to create a well blended and compact mixture. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin to make it easier to roll and with make the Cannelloni with the aid of an aluminium tube (Fig. 3). Cook in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°. Once removed from the oven, garnish with the ricotta mixture and serve.
